The Netflix miniseries, "Don’t F*** With Cats," is, in part, a profile of Luka Magnotta, a cat killer-turned-murderer. But mostly it’s a story about a group of Internet sleuths — amateur investigators who used Google and Facebook to track down Magnotta even before police investigators did. John Horn spoke with director Mark Lewis about what his series has to say about fame and Internet culture.
