This morning, more than four months after the Deepwater Horizon Disaster in the Gulf, BP released an internal report that outlined the 8 failures that lead to the massive oil spill. BP took on some of the blame but managed to heap a fair amount onto cement contractor Halliburton and rig owner Transocean.
