After two days of the Strategic & Economic Dialogue talks between the United States and China, the message from a concerned Chinese delegation was simple: control your spending. When a country with an $801 billion investment in the U.S. expresses concern about huge budget deficits, Americans are forced to take notice and that seemed to be the case during the high-level meetings between economic officials from the two countries.
