On Monday, the U.S. Supreme Court will begin to consider the case concerning the constitutionality of President Obama's health care law, the Affordable Care Act. The court will hear an unprecedented three days of oral arguments.

Arguing against the law is a man described by many as the best lawyer of his generation, 45-year-old Paul Clement. Clement served as Solicitor General under President George W. Bush. He has argued nearly 60 cases before the Supreme Court, and will appear before the justices in seven cases this term alone.

Jason Zengerle, who profiled Clement for New York Magazine, joins the show to discuss the case against the Affordable Care Act.
