Occupy Oakland results in clash with police

After Oakland police carried out a forced eviction of the city hall occupation early Tuesday morning, 1,000 demonstrators protested in the streets Tuesday. The Occupy Oakland website claims, "The police attacked the peaceful protest with flash grenades, tear gas and rubber bullets after moving in with armored vehicles," while Oakland police defend their tactics.
