Local Donald Trump supporters are reacting to Saturday's massive anti-Trump protest in downtown L.A.

Nick Sorokin from Silver Lake spoke to KPCC during that protest and says people need to come together: "I can tell ya, that he is going to work across the isle. And he is going to probably bring a better life to the majority of people, including Hispanics and blacks."

Another group threw a street party at Trump's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Saturday night. Sean Kneeland was there and spoke with our media partner NBC4.

"The purpose of this today was to bring people together and say, give Trump a chance. You know and if people don't like it, you can vote against him in four years. That's how this works," he says.

Anti-Trump protesters are expected to be out again Sunday, this time in Hollywood, marching to the CNN building.
