Los Angeles Police Chief Charlie Beck says he fine after a vehicle he was riding in was involved in a collision with several other vehicles in Simi Valley.

NBC4 reports the he crash occurred around 7 p.m. on the 118 Freeway at Yosemite Avenue. The station says:

The crash involved up to five vehicles, officials said. Three people were taken to Simi Valley Hospital with unknown injuries.
