We've reached the semifinals of KPCC's bracket madness tournament, with the winners from Round 3 here facing off for this year's title. Are you ready? Go ahead and vote below after reviewing the tournament thus far.
"Snap Judgment" won the Western conference. They came from behind in the previous round to take out "99% Invisible," but "The Dinner Party Download" was unable to pull off that same kind of comeback. They'll be facing public radio game show "Wait Wait... Don't Tell Me."
"Wait Wait" was taken out in last year's final four by "This American Life," who went on to win, but with Ira Glass and the crew taking this year off due to being last year's champions, will "Wait Wait" keep it going? Or will "Snap Judgment" show the same kind of fiery determination and social media pugnaciousness that got them this far in order to take it to the finals?
Meanwhile, last year's runner-ups, "Radiolab," are going up against the longform interview gurus of "Fresh Air." Last year, "Fresh Air" lost to "Radiolab" in this same round — will "Fresh Air" fans rally to save them from the same fate, or must history always repeat itself?
